A site-specific virtual reality installation in Baltimore’s historic Marble Bar space, a Coral Reef transports the interactor into a future in which the building had been underwater for centuries, leaving only the pillars of the basement. Underwater, the user discovers a natural environment populated with tropical fish and imagined coral. Video footage used in this work was shot by Chris Kojzar. This work represents my major contribution to strikeWare collective's recent exhibition fishTank.
